Tangy Hummus
Ingredients (For serving 4 adults)
- 100 gm Chick peas (cooked)
- 60 ml Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 no. Lemon
- 1 table spoon Italian spices and herbs
- 2 no. Fresh garlic clove
Recipe
In a blender blend all together chick peas, ex.
virgin olive oil, garlic cloves, lemon juice, chat
masala.
Blend well and serve it cold with toasted pita bread.
