Italian Tangy Hummus

Ingredients (For serving 4 adults)

  • 100 gm Chick peas (cooked)
  • 60 ml Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 no. Lemon
  • 1 table spoon Italian spices and herbs
  • 2 no. Fresh garlic clove

Recipe

In a blender blend all together chick peas, ex. virgin olive oil, garlic cloves, lemon juice, chat masala.

Blend well and serve it cold with toasted pita bread.
