Penne Pesto

 For the dressing we need:

  • 50 gm Fresh basil
  • 50 gm Fresh spinach
  • 70 gm Fresh red capsicum
  • 70 gm Fresh broccoli
  • 30 gm Pine nuts
  • 70 ml Extra virgin olive oil
  • 200 gm Penne pasta
  • 100 ml Fresh cream
  • 1 table spoon Italian Spices & herbs-special touch grinder Italia
  • 1 table spoon Salt

Recipe

Precooked pasta and keep aside.

In a blender blend all together fresh basil, spinach, pine nuts, extra virgin olive oil. Blend well till form thick smooth paste.

Now in a pan add little ex. Virgin olive oil, put red capsicum, broccoli and pesto in it and saut� it lightly. Then add thick cream and season it using salt and Italian spices-herbs.

Finally fold the penne in the sauce and served it hot.
